No. Our wireless retrofit range works with your existing wiring using Wi-Fi and Zigbee protocols. No trap doors, no complex rewiring — just clean, safe installation over your current switchboard setup. Our wired systems are recommended for new constructions only.
All Aviva automation hubs operate locally on your home network. This means your lights, fans, curtains, and security systems continue to work even without an internet connection. Physical touch panel control always remains active.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted end-to-end and stored locally inside your home hub — it never leaves your premises unless you explicitly enable remote access. We do not sell or share user data with any third parties.
All Aviva electronic components and smart switches come with an industry-leading 5-year replacement warranty. In case of any defect within the warranty period, we replace the unit at no cost to you.
Yes. Aviva Smart systems natively support Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Siri / HomeKit. You can control every device hands-free using voice commands. We also support the new Matter universal smart home standard.
